I’m so excited.

I found an authentic hand made grandfather clock today at a local thrift store. I assumed it was a knock off as it was only $40. The lady behind the counter said it wouldn’t work, but when I saw it I took a chance and brought it home.

A simple YouTube search showed me how to break into the gears and work on the problem. It’s a $20 fix but at least a $500 clock. It’s all about the risk and loss you’re willing to have.  

Speaking of unique finds, let’s shift gears to real estate. A YouTube search could prepare you for a home search, and you absolutely could do it all entirely yourself. A licensed professional can help you avoid some costly mistakes.
